Exciting News for Groceries 4 U

The Telstra and Australian Governments' Small Business Awards were introduced by Telstra in 1992 to recognise the achievements and enterprising spirit of small businesses across Australia. Telstra, Australian small businesses, and the awards are currently managed in the respective state and territory conjunction with governments.

Kristine and Andrew attended a Black Tie dinner at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Tuesday 8th August 2006. Over 350 guests enjoyed a lovely dinner of either Crispy-Skin Polenta Chicken or Lamb Loin served with fennel scented Sweet potato mash and a pernod glaze. The event was compared by Anne Fulwood. Groceries 4 U was announced as a finalists for the third consecutive year.

Pictured below is Kristine and Andrew receiving their finalist plaque from Barry Wakelin MP, Federal Member for Grey, in 2005.

Groceries 4 U has a Recipe Page

Just click on the link labelled "Recipe" on the left-hand side of the Groceries 4 U homepage and you can save yourself some time and effort buying all the ingredients for the listed recipe at the click of a "Buy" button. If you already have some of the listed ingredients you can select just those you require. This month's recipe is Sticky Date Pudding.

You can also register on the Recipe page to receive a monthly Recipe Ezine. This Ezine will feature the monthly recipe, some interesting facts and some Household Tips.

Entertain Easy with Groceries 4 U Gourmet Platters

You can order a range of specially prepared platters containing gourmet food or seafood. To order your Party Platters simply select the platter you desire and order with your normal shopping. Platters require four days notice before delivery. Let us know what day you would like the platter delivered in the "Special Delivery" section upon checkout.

Groceries 4 U and Springbank Waters

Kristine and Andrew were asked to set up a stall at the AV Jennings opening of Springbank Waters at Burton. The Groceries 4 U Showbag proved to be a popular item and sold out 1 1/2 hours before the close of the Family Fun Day.
