How to purchase a Gift Voucher

Did you know that you can purchase a Groceries 4 U Gift Voucher for a family member or friend?

There are three Groceries 4 U Gift Voucher options:

An electronic voucher - you select the gift voucher amount and we'll email the voucher to the recipient.
A paper voucher - you select the gift voucher amount and we'll post the voucher to the recipient.
A printable voucher - you select the gift voucher amount and then print the voucher to give the recipient yourself.

All you need to do is select the Gift Voucher option, enter a short message to go with the Gift Voucher, enter the recipients’ name and either email address or postal address and the nominated amount of your Gift Voucher. To finalise the transaction, you will enter some relevant customer information and your credit card details and simply click "Enter".

Once you have processed your request an email will automatically be sent to the recipient advising them of their gift voucher, if you have chosen the electronic option. The email will explain how to utilise the gift voucher and will include your short message. You will also receive a courtesy copy of the recipient's email.

With the paper voucher option, Groceries 4 U will complete the details on the gift voucher and personally post the voucher to the intended recipient.

If you have chosen the printable voucher option, after processing your request a voucher will be displayed on screen for you to print and personally give to the recipient.

How to redeem a Gift Voucher

Log on to Groceries4u.com.au and go shopping. After completing your order on an individual shopping catalogue click the "Buy" button before going to another shopping catalogue. When you have finished your shopping altogether click the "Go to Checkout" button. You will then enter some relevant customer information and be asked for a Special Offer Number. This is where you enter your unique Gift Voucher Identification number from your Gift Voucher. Your account will be credited with the amount of the Gift Voucher.
